All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.
 
Prices are subject to change without notice. RFDS Darwin Tourist Facility will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
 
RFDS Darwin Tourist Facility will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver ticket purchases as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated;  however, RFDS Darwin Tourist Facility will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery RFDS Darwin Tourist Facility will notify its customers within five business days.

Online credit card payments can be made with Visa or Mastercard. All RFDS Darwin Tourist Facility prices are in Australian dollars and prices charged to overseas-based credit cards are according to the exchange rate on the day of shipment.
 
Cancelled/Declined Orders
Your ticket purchase can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order is shipped. Contact us to arrange cancellation of your order.
 
We reserve the right to cancel an order and/or to place a stop on online orders if:
(a) your order is not accepted at the nominated delivery address; or
(b) we believe (or reasonably suspect) that your order is fraudulent or you have otherwise breached these website terms and conditions
 
Returns
You may exchange or receive a refund on your purchase by retaining your invoice if the product is faulty. Please contact us with details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.
 
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return your ticket because you have changed your mind about your purchase, RFDS Darwin Tourist Facility will offer you a refund provided that:
> You return your ticket within 28 days of purchase;
> You produce your original RFDS Darwin Tourist Facility online invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
> Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
> Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
